The Location Approval Certificate and Report involves the review of locations, for Jack-up Drilling Units, and compiling relevant recommendations in order that the unit can safely re-locate. If warranted, a Surveyor from this office attends on board the unit prior to the move commencing and remains on board until the unit is safely Jacked-Up.
