Braemar Falconer, was initially established in 1983 in Singapore under the name of J. LeBourhis & Bryan, Singapore, which was an affiliate of a Houston based firm, J. LeBourhis and Bryan Inc.

In 1988, John LeBourhis resigned from the firm and the name was changed to Falconer, Bryan & Assocates Pte Ltd.

In 2007, the group was acquired by Braemar Shipping Services Plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, and the firm’s name was then changed to what it is today, Braemar Falconer Pte Ltd.
