You are only allowed to access the Rig List,
if you agree to be bound by the
Terms and Conditions of Use of the Rig List.

You would not be allowed to have access to the Rig List, if you Disagree to the Terms and Conditions.

1. The Rig List is owned by Braemar Falconer Pte Ltd (“Braemar Falconer”).

2. The Rig List provides information of rigs maintained by Braemar Falconer, for convenience of reference by authorised User only, which is strictly limited to Braemar Falconer’s employees and clients, or such other person specifically authorised by Braemar Falconer (“User”).

a. All intellectual property rights in the materials and information contained in the Rig List belong to Braemar Falconer.  

b. User shall not use the Rig List in a manner that will infringe these rights.

c. No part or parts of the Rig List may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, modified, republished, displayed, broadcast, hyperlinked, refered to, framed or transmitted in any manner or by means or stored in an information retrieval Rig List without prior written permission of the Braemar Falconer.

d. User shall not copy or adapt the HTML code that the Braemar Falconer create to generate its pages, insert a hyperlink to this Rig List on any other Website or replicate any Material contained on this Rig List or any other server without the prior written permission of the Braemar Falconer.

3. The Braemar Falconer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, or suspend the Rig List, without giving prior notice or reasons. Braemar Falconer shall not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses howsoever caused by or arising out of termination of the Rig List.

4. While every effort is made to ensure that all information contained in the Rig List is correct, Braemar Falconer does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and expressly disclaims liability for any errors or omissions.  Any party conducting any form of due diligence, audit, verification, or reporting is expressly requested to refrain from relying on the information provided in the Rig List.

5. Further, no warranty is given that access to the Rig List will be provided uninterrupted or free from errors or that any identified defect will be corrected or that the information on the Rig List is free from virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, agent, program or macros.

6. Braemar Falconer shall in no event be liable for any damages, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, special or consequential damage or economic loss arising from or in connection or referable to:

a) any access, the use or inability to access or use of the Rig List, or reliance on the information on this Rig List;

b) any Rig List, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption or delay in transmission; or

c) any computer virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, programs or macro that may affect, the computer equipment, program or other property of any User who gains access to, or uses the Rig List.

7. By accessing this Rig List, the user agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Braemar Falconer at all times from and against any claims, actions or demands, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from the User’s use or reference to any information of the Website or Rig List, or from the User’s breach of the terms and conditions of use.

8. User may not use the Rig List for any illegal purpose or in any other manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of Use.

9. By accessing and/or using the Rig List, User agree that Singapore law (including without limitation the Electronic Transactions Act, Chapter 88) shall govern such access and the Rig List.
